We are not a public library!

Why is there some chick studying for AP European History in the Green Lounge?

Maybe it's the high school aged daughter of someone affiliated with the school?

Oh, lak, you are just too logical for me. :)

What is a Green Lounge, and why can't she study there? Odd, are you being mean to the wee people?? At least she's studying, and not playing video games while chewing gum loudly. Yeah.

A high schooler in the Green Lounge would freak me the fuck out.

And I'm suspicious of AP classes. You get a whole grade-point jump just for being in them. That's fucked up.

Not necessarily, Law Fairy, it depends on your school. At my high school an AP grade counted the same as any other grade. You just learned more and could take the AP exam and possibly get college credit.

OK, isn't a 'green room' a room where celebs wait to be on talk shows? So, a 'green lounge' would be? Is this some special student only lounge at your school I take it? You know, you guys can't ignore me forever :) You hafta tell me so I can join in on the bashing!

NV, you are HILARIOUS. Sorry about that! I didn't see the earlier Q. The Green Lounge is the common area in our school where students typically eat their lunch and/or sit at the tables and do work or hang out. Once in a while you'll see a professor or a professor group in there, too. NEVER do you really see a non-law-related person there.

And, yes, ultimately I guess we're just being mean to the little people. :D
