OCD LAB
My first blogging day was May 16. Being the OCD person that I am, I'm slightly frustrated with myself for having begun LAB -- Life As Blogger -- on an odd, seemingly random day. Perhaps it's the same frustration that compels me to deposit money in my checking account so that the deposit amount is an exact number. Am I the only one who does this?

But given your anonymous motif, I will not reveal who I am but by code; for the anonymity of a chain is only as strong as that of the weakest link.
To respond, lest this reply be dubbed nonresponsive: While I don't deposit to make even amounts, I do withdraw in even amounts. Notably, when I pay for stuff on my card, I always figure out the tip and round up to the nearest dollar (or sometimes down -- if the service was unhappy --; though that only rarely). And, the 16th of May is a perfectly non-random day! It's a day after the Ides of May; which, while not as historically poetic as the Ides of March, is nonetheless an ides.

I do that, too! Very basic attempts to keep my rudimentary math skills in check.
