I didn't buy a big enough turkey.. I ordered it on fresh direct, and when those last few people rsvp'd it was already on its way. Oh well.. I found some turkey drumsticks at the grocery store today so hopefully I can just cook them with the turkey to supplement.. just hope they won't get too dry!!

I had WAY too much turkey. It is now days and days after Thanksgiving and I'm still eating turkey curry. Next year it'll be mole poblano.
