Lately I've been watching "Queer as Folk" on Logo, the LGBT channel. It r0x0rz, by the way.
Anyway, there are a bajillion commercials for "Hunky Hotties" and the like via the Guys Gone Wild series.
How much do you want to bet most of these guys didn't know their intended target audience?

I loves me some Queer as Folk, that's for sure.
It's funny, I read once that the biggest audience for Sex and the City is gay men, and the biggest audience for QAF as straight women.
Go figure.
As for Guys Gone Wild... I would prefer to equalize in the other direction (i.e., not objectifying anyone), but a step for equality is a step for equality, I suppose. And I imagine *these* folks actually make sure the men are of age. And, you know, don't rape them.
